Hartnoll Business Centre
Johnny Clapp owns the Hartnoll Business Centre and he came to me for a Brand refresh and Website build after a personal recommendation. I went to see Johnny at his home to talk about the Business and what was important to him. He gave me complete freedom on the design front, so I focused on learning what was important to him and his business and the ‘Green’ message soon shone through.
I had a solid idea in my head of what I wanted and fed this to my Graphic Designer Anthony to do his magic. Anthony and I have worked on so many branding projects now, that he just gets where I’m coming from, but always makes it his own. It’s a treasured relationship. We ran through four or five options and ended up with a combination of two – and then I added my colour bar.
The website build was always going to be clean and based around some sleek imagery, to be provided by Johnny’s colleague. There are still plans to add an interactive map and more functionality, so I look forward to seeing the website grow.
