Stenner Ltd

One way or another, I have been providing web services to Stenner Ltd for around 7 years. Their recent re-location to the Hartnoll Business Park, was their third physical location from which their original website has continued to serve them reliably, with me – and it felt like time for a change.

I met with Gary Campbell at their new offices and we agreed to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. Though the branding was to remain the same, the website was to get a radical makeover.

It took some time to gather all of the printed information and datasheets they had regarding the specialist band saw equipment they are so renowned for manufacturing. All of this was to be collated, categorised and digitalised to then sit within the website framework. This ‘shop’ became the core of the new site.

As with the original website, we were then keen to incorporate their Global Dealership Network and Brand Partners.

The build

I built the site using Avada with it’s Woo Commerce plug-in (though there would be no commerce as such available) and the ‘Manufacturer’ Theme. There are still integrations that we’re hoping to include, with Instagram for example – as the company gets more comfortable within the digital domain. The news/blog section is also new and Gary is hopeful that this will be updated regularly.
